WEXBALL ™ TT (ALL-TERRAIN)
On land, the Wex doesn’t need to evacuate water. It does however need to be solid and stable. With Wexball ™ TT you can play on all types of ground and in shallow water (just your feet in the water !) : on sand, grass, earth, tiles, shallow ponds, on the beach, the shore, etc.
For each rally, each player may hit the ball up to 3 times (but never 3 times in a row with the same hand).
The official dimensions of Wexball ™ TT’s playing court for a singles match are as follows: 8 m in length and 6m in width.
Both teams may hit the ball on their side up to 5 times in a row, however without exceeding 2 consecutive hits per player.
The official dimensions of Wexball ™ TT’s playing court for a multiple players match are as follows: 8 m (2 vs 2), 11 m (3 vs 3), 15 m (4 vs 4) in length and 3.60 to 4 m in width.
The rules for Free are exactly the same as those applied for Multiple Players.
However, in Wexball ™ TT Free, there are no outer borders to the playing court. Nevertheless, teams are always separated by the middle line that carries on to “infinity”.
When played for leisure, the playing court adapts to the environment where Wexball ™ Aqua is played: the surrounds of the pool can be the border. You can make up your own playing court.
